You will receive a secure link with 30-day unlimited access to candidate resumes collected before, during, and after the event. You will receive access within 24 hours after event completion.

Cancellations made 61 days before the event receive a full credit toward a future event. Cancellations within 30 days are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another upcoming city. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event may be deemed nonrefundable and non-transferrable.

Yes. A maximum of two additional exhibitor badges may be purchased depending on venue capacity.

Most exhibitors bring brochures, hiring flyers, QR codes to application portals, branded giveaways, and a tabletop or rollup banner. Minimalist setups are welcome; space is optimized for conversations.

Check-in and booth setup typically open 60–90 minutes before the event opens to candidates.
